How does the application process work?
After you apply, we will review your documents promptly, so you aren’t kept waiting for feedback. If both sides are satisfied, we will invite you to an initial interview, either on site or via Teams, depending on the position. The next step is an in-depth interview with your future team. If everything goes well, we will move on to a contract offer. We deliberately keep the process straightforward and transparent – so that you know where you stand quickly.
