Is the matelso platform GDPR-compliant?
The matelso platform is GDPR-compliant. Every contract is concluded only with a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The servers are located in Germany, which provides additional data protection security. Furthermore, matelso is regulated under the Telecommunications Act (TKG), ensuring the platform meets the highest data protection standards and that user data remains secure.
In addition, the matelso platform works exclusively with first-party cookies (including cookie consent prompts) to safeguard user data. The platform can also be used when a user has not given their consent – however, in that case, no web data can be captured or stored.
