More Information

In multi-location marketing, counting clicks is not enough. What matters is which enquiries – via which channel, from which campaign – arrive at which location. matelso also makes telephone calls and other contacts (e-mail, chat, WhatsApp, form) visible, assigns them to campaigns, and creates a reliable basis for better distribution and management.

In location networks, speed is everything: who handles which enquiry, at which location, with what context and outcome? matelso bundles leads, prioritises them, forwards them according to defined rules, and ensures that enquiries do not get stuck between headquarters and branches. Appointment booking is included as well!

In structures with many sales locations, a simple telephone system alone is not sufficient. The key is that calls are intelligently routed across locations, properly documented, and linked to sales and marketing data. matelso combines exactly that in one solution.

In multi-location structures, there is often no shared view of what campaigns actually trigger. matelso brings online and offline leads together in analytics, advertising, and CRM systems, makes results visible per location, and creates a clear basis for decision-making.

When enquiries go unhandled in a branch network, it is not just sales that suffers – so does trust in headquarters. The matelso ServiceCenter and AI applications (with AI Sales Agents coming soon) support enquiry intake, pre-qualification, and structured handover, ensuring contacts reach the right team, CRM, and analytics.

Exclusive 3-Step Plan for Multi-Location Marketing

In many location networks, it remains unclear which enquiries actually come in, where leads are lost, and why headquarters and branches often view results differently.

The matelso 3-step plan shows how to achieve greater clarity, better processes, and less friction in multi-location environments.

advantago ensures that locations are digitally visible, findable, and consistently present – for example through listings, Google Business Profile, reviews, social media, and local advertising. matelso takes over where visibility turns into real enquiries: contacts from calls, forms, chats, or e-mails are bundled, distributed, made measurable, and linked to CRM, analytics, and reporting processes.

Together, they create an end-to-end solution for multi-location marketing: from local visibility through incoming leads to clear data for management and optimisation.

matelso is a software platform for companies with multiple locations or branches – as well as other business models. It helps centralise customer enquiries from telephone, chat, form, or e-mail, assign them to the right locations, and make them measurable. For nearly 20 years, the team from Kaiserslautern has been helping companies, franchise systems, and agencies better connect centralised marketing with local sales. Their clients include EURONICS, Promedica Plus, Küche & Co, Immoscout24, Nissan, as well as telecommunications providers such as Vodafone and TurkNet.

matelso helps companies with many locations and franchises to centrally manage customer enquiries and strengthen local sales. The platform connects centralised marketing with branches and makes results measurable. Many other business models benefit from the technology as well.

matelso increases efficiency
All enquiries from telephone, chat, form, or e-mail are centrally captured, automatically assigned to the correct locations, and processed in a uniform manner. This saves time at headquarters and ensures clear workflows in branches.

matelso connects
From the first click on the website to the qualified lead in the CRM, all relevant information is available centrally. Headquarters and branches work with the same data – without breaks or loss of information.

matelso simplifies and improves
matelso reduces the number of tools in use, improves CRM data quality, and provides a shared overview across all locations.

matelso offers three closely integrated solutions for multi-location businesses and other business models:

Call Tracking
Captures and analyses incoming calls with location-level precision. This reveals which campaigns, channels, and locations generate calls and conversions.

matelso platform
The central platform for communication and lead management. It connects telephone, chat, e-mail, contact forms, appointment scheduling, and video calls; assigns all enquiries to the correct locations; and maps the entire journey from the first website contact to the evaluated lead in GA4, Google Ads, or the CRM.

matelso ServiceCenter
A human-based service that takes over the intake and pre-qualification of calls and chats when required. This keeps businesses reachable even during peak periods, and branches only receive relevant, well-prepared contacts.

The matelso platform is GDPR-compliant. Every contract is concluded only with a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The servers are located in Germany, which provides additional data protection security. Furthermore, matelso is regulated under the Telecommunications Act (TKG), ensuring the platform meets the highest data protection standards and that user data remains secure.

In addition, the matelso platform works exclusively with first-party cookies (including cookie consent prompts) to safeguard user data. The platform can also be used when a user has not given their consent – however, in that case, no web data can be captured or stored.
