To keep our digital infrastructure at the highest level, we are looking for you – an IT infrastructure specialist (m/f/d) who is ready to take on responsibility. You will ensure the smooth operation of our CRM systems, develop automations between operational and administrative systems, and make full use of the power of Microsoft Office. In doing so, you will work closely with our internal teams and external partners.
We are looking for full-time reinforcement for our team in 90425 Nuremberg, starting immediately.

Your superpowers
- You think technically and analytically and love to familiarise yourself with new environments.
- We are looking for someone with a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification. In addition, you already have at least 3 years of experience with common programming languages (especially PHP) and database systems (e.g. MySQL).
- You find it easy to work independently.
- You enjoy interacting with internal and external service providers.
- You speak German; English would be desirable.
- We offer you personalised on-site training, after which we support flexible workplace design.
- You are familiar with Microsoft products and know how to integrate them effectively.
Your area of responsibility
- Management of our CRM systems (preferably with experience in Vemas and SugarCRM)
- Setting up automations, e.g. via API, to deliver data to our website or transfer it from integrated marketing tools to third-party systems for further processing (e.g. Hubspot, Salesviewer, Yext)
- Coordination to optimise the internal IT infrastructure (own network and server structure, internal and external service providers, communicating requirements with operational and administrative units to developers and monitoring their implementation, as well as promoting possible automations)
- Integration of cloud solutions (MS Office infrastructure, in particular integration of Teams into everyday work)
- Design and documentation of access controls and rights management
- Implementation of the IT security concept in consultation with other IT departments in the corporate family
- Training & support for colleagues
